Helpful to include
Your Mac model and macOS version, your HEXOstudios version, and what you were doing when the problem appeared. If a file won’t preview, tell us its format and size.
Which form
The feedback form is for bug reports, suggestions and questions. It asks which plan you use, and needs an email address only if you want a reply.
